-Thick Paper
-Painter's Tape
-Paints
-Water
-Paint Brush
Instructions:
-Put tape in whatever design you'd like on your paper.
-Paint in the different sections of your paper however you'd like.
-Once the paint is dry, carefully pull off the tape to reveal your creation!
