Materials Needed:
-Paper Plate
-Coffee Filters (Around 6 or 7)
-Watercolor Paint (or Food Coloring or Washable Markers with water)
-Ice Cube Tray
-Paintbrushes
-Something to dry filters on
-Scissors (Or a hole punch)
-Ribbon (To Hang)
Instructions
-Cut the center out of the paper plate
-If you want, paint the paper plate with some spring colors
-Add a little water color paint (or food coloring) in each section of an ice cube tray and add a little water
-Have kids paint with this mix on the coffee filters and watch the colors spread!
-If you're using markers and water, you can just color on the filters then add water and the colors will still spread
-Let the coffee filters dry
-Use the scissors or hole punch to make holes around the paper plate
-Twist and push the coffee filters through the holes
