Sturdy Paper
Oil Pastels (Or Crayons)
Black Paint (Acrylic is best, but you can use tempera)
Foam Brush
Toothpicks (or Q-Tips)
Instructions
-Cover the paper with oil pastel/crayon drawings until the entire sheet is full of color.
-Paint over the oil pastel with a layer of black paint.
-Scratch your pictures and designs through the surface of the wet paint with the toothpicks or Q-tips.
